Did a cracking workout last night.

Bench Press 2x20@ 5k
Triceps Press 2x20 @ 25k
Ball Flies 2 x 20 @3k
Triceps Extensions 10 on each arm and 10 both arms @ 3k

Learning what all the exercises are is interesting.

I was in the gym with some serious puffing and blowers. As they picked up their 40ks I skipped past with my 4s!!

It was quite a tough work out but with this new lease of life I was determined to get through it. I even made a few of the compulsory puffs and blows and red face.
This morning ooooooooooooooooooooooooooh!!!!!
A bit stiff in the tops of the arms. Walking around feeling like arms look like Arnie's, thankfully the rest of me is not!!!
