Joined the local Gym recently. Had to do an induction course on how to use their machinery. Most of it is what I have been used to but some slightly different. BUT other people..in fact lots of other people use the gym too...not used to that..maybe I have been a bit spoilt at New Park.

Everyone is quite nice though apart from a few sideways remarks and glances from The Ladies That Do Lycra'.......... I think I need to take personal stereo in so I can ignore them and if I start singing too maybe I will get a gym to myself!!!!!!!!!!
