Breakfast: Soya Milk and Fromage Frais
Lunch: Sunflower seed snacks, Marmite Sandwich, Banana, Apple
Dinner: Quorn Sausages, Salad, Baked Potato. Strawberries, Kiwi, Yoghurt
We have homework from Wil - walking briskly for half hour. Going to Bournemouth tomorrow so I can do some walking. Going to try up the walking to everyday in the evening. Try to do it before my mind takes over in the evening and says sit and watch TV!!

I have raw porridge oats for breakfast - both filling and gentle on the tum - but I'm trying to have less of them and adding some fruit instead. I also add a sprinkling of seeds and nuts.
Breakfast has always been an important meal.
